I am delighted to be offering a workshop inspired by the Zen koan practice. In this event we will explore the paradoxes of identity and existence, helping to peel away the layers to find clarity within yourself.
Whether you are new to Zen or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of a Zen koan. Together, we will engage in meditation and discussions centered on intention and impermanence in our daily lives.

5-Week Compassion plus Course
I am very excited to be launching the Compassion Plus Course, known as Shimuryo Zammai – The Four Boundless Meditations of Loving Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy and Equanimity. We are reviving this sequence of practices that have not been practiced together for over 200 years! This will run for 4 evenings online followed by a 5th face to face session at the village hall in Tarrant Gunville. While the course is usually 4 weeks, there are several meditation, massage and group movement practices that it would be a shame not to do together over the course of a day that should bring everything together!
This course is only suitable for those that have an established meditation practice. We will explore the sources of these practices, history, and your own learning styles. These practices are powerful and potentially transformative for your daily life.

Mindfulness for Business
Working in higher education I can appreciate the demands of managing large groups of students, staff teams, timetabling, budgeting, deadlines, and day-to-day issues that are common to so many work environments. What should feel like an enjoyable and healthy workplace, can at times be overshadowed by the stresses and anxieties of workload and role pressure.

My courses offer staff a bespoke tool kit that over time, can become meaningfully self-directed, both in and out of the workplace.
